In Antibirth, Edith's gimmick was that she could only move by teleporting, the position of which was controlled by the player and marked with a cursor similar to Epic Fetus. She does not appear as a character in Repentance, but one of her gameplay concepts was instead given to the Tainted Forgotten, and she makes a cameo appearance as a random statue the player can transform into when using an inverted Chariot card. She was incomplete at the time of the mod's release and thus went unused, though she could be accessed through hacks. Edith was a planned "secret character" for Antibirth.
